Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide via DHL/UPS/FedEx/EMS/Registered Post depending on destination, size and value. Every parcel receives a tracking number.

  • Handling 1–3 business days for in-stock items; custom builds follow quoted lead times.
  • Transit 3–10 business days for express services; postal services vary by country.
  • Address Please ensure full, accurate shipping details. We’re not responsible for delays caused by incomplete addresses or local delivery attempts.

Returns & Refunds

If you are not fully satisfied, please contact us first—we’ll help resolve quickly.

  • Returns authorized within 30 calendar days of delivery; once approved you have an additional 10 days to ship the item back.
  • Items must be in original condition with all accessories, labels and packaging.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Shipping fees are generally non-refundable.

Warranty & Quality

  • All products are tested before shipment; batch QC and measurements available upon request.
  • Standard warranty: 6 months against manufacturing defects (unless stated otherwise).
  • Damage caused by misuse, modification, or improper power/ESD is not covered.
