We ship worldwide from Wuhan, China via trusted carriers. All orders include a tracking number. Shipping options and delivery times vary by destination, service level, and product availability.

Secure Packaging

All items are packed with anti-static material and protective cushioning. Optical modules receive additional reinforcement to protect alignment during transit.

  • Signature may be required for high-value shipments.
  • If a carton arrives damaged, take photos before opening and keep all packing materials.

In most cases we ship DAP (duties unpaid). For business orders or special projects we can quote DDP to select regions—please inquire.
