How We Ship
We ship worldwide from Wuhan, China via trusted carriers. All orders include a tracking number. Shipping options and delivery times vary by destination, service level, and product availability.
- Dispatch time: usually 2–5 business days after payment.
- Tracking: we email your tracking link when your order leaves our facility.
- Customs: duties/taxes may apply depending on your local regulations.

Duties, Taxes & Import Fees
International shipments may be subject to import duties, VAT/GST, or handling fees charged by the destination country.
- These charges (if any) are payable by the recipient and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.
- If your customs office requires additional documentation, contact us—we’ll provide a commercial invoice or specification sheet as needed.
- Refused parcels due to unpaid import charges may be returned to us; shipping costs and any carrier surcharges are non-refundable.
Shipping Restrictions
- Certain high-power lasers or regulated components may not be eligible for every destination.
- We cannot ship to PO Boxes with express services—please provide a physical address and phone number.
- Remote-area surcharges may apply; we’ll contact you before dispatch if any adjustment is required.
Tracking Your Order
You’ll receive a tracking link via email right after shipment. You can also check progress using your carrier’s site or a universal tracker (e.g., 17track).
- Tracking may take 24–48 hours to activate after the label is created.
- Need help reading scan events? Contact us—we’ll interpret the latest status for you.
Secure Packaging
All items are packed with anti-static material and protective cushioning. Optical modules receive additional reinforcement to protect alignment during transit.
- Signature may be required for high-value shipments.
- If a carton arrives damaged, take photos before opening and keep all packing materials.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels
- If your tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t find the parcel, check with neighbors/building staff and your local carrier office first.
- For damage claims, notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the outside box, inner packaging, and the item.
- For lost shipments, we’ll open a carrier investigation. Resolution options include reshipment or refund according to the carrier’s result.
