We ship internationally via China Post Airmail or FedEx/UPS/DHL express. Every parcel is registered with a tracking number once dispatched.

Transit times vary by destination and shipping method. Economy airmail typically takes longer than express couriers (FedEx/UPS/DHL).

We accept returns and replacements within 30 days from the date you receive the products. Repair support is available—please contact us first with your order details.
